Roan Bridge Community Development District
The Roan Bridge Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on March 10, 2022 by the City Council of the City of St. Cloud, Osceola County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2022-09-to plan, establish, acquire, construct or reconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain systems and facilities described and authorized by Section 190.012, Florida Statutes.
The Roan Bridge CDD is located entirely within the boundaries of the City of St. Cloud, Florida, and covers approximately 276.36 acres of land, more or less. The site is generally located east of Eastern Avenue, south of East 19th Street and west of Old Hickory Tree Road. The District is the best alternative method of planning, acquiring, operating and maintaining community-wide improvements in planned communities.

The Roan Bridge Community Development District is a local, special-purpose government entity authorized by Chapter 190 of the Florida Statutes as amended, and established on March 10, 2022 by the City Council of the City of St. Cloud, Osceola County, Florida, Ordinance No. 2022-09. The District shall be governed by the provisions of Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, as amended. The District shall have, and the District may exercise, subject to the regulatory jurisdiction and permitting authority of all applicable governmental bodies, agencies and special districts having authority with respect to any area included in the Petition and Chapter 190, Florida Statutes, any or all general powers set forth in Chapter 190.011, Florida Statutes, and any or all of the special powers set forth in Section 190.012(1), Florida Statutes.
In addition, the City Council of the City of St. Cloud hereby consents to the District Board exercising the following special powers to plan, establish, acquire, construct orreconstruct, enlarge or extend, equip, operate, and maintain additional systems and facilities for: parks and facilities for indoor and outdoor recreational, cultural, and educational uses; a fire truck; and for security, including, but not limited to walls, fences, and electronic intrusion detection all as authorized and described in Section 190.012(2), Florida Statutes.
